About Simon Parker

Personal philosophy

I believe in change and in the capacity of people to develop the knowledge, skills and wisdom to improve their lives and relationships.

Through understanding ourselves and being clear about our needs we can develop the positive actions that enable us to take responsibility for our lives and to live well.

By developing increased self and other awareness we develop the capacity to live more successfully.

Developing positive relationships with oneself and others is crucial to enabling us to experience positive well-being.

Personally, I endeavour to "walk my talk" and my own life is guided by the knowledge and wisdom that I share with others.

I strive to focus on my strengths and capability and to align my actions with my own values to support my well-being.

I enjoy engaging people in developing curiosity about themselves and supporting them to discover new knowledge, self-awareness and actions that enable them to live well.
